Dannette “Dana” Lezard, 51, of Poplar, died on June 1, 2022, according to her Facebook account and a post by her family.

A wake will be Wednesday, June 8, 2022, at the Poplar Cultural Center. Funeral services are Thursday, June 9, 2022, at 1 p.m. in the same location.

Internment will follow at the Chelsea Cemetery west of Poplar.

Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel has been entrusted with funeral arrangements.
