REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL/BIDS

Fort Peck Tribes Branch of Corrections Department is requesting bids for Adult Correctional Facility Pod Housing repairs located at 6020 George Washington Street, Poplar, Montana, within the boundaries of the Fort Peck Indian Reservation. Bidders will follow all Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO) rules and regulations per the TERO code as authorized by the Fort Peck Tribal Executive Board. The Bids for Construction are broken down into different line items for full participation by native owned contractors. The Fort Peck Tribes will purchase all materials for this program, all interested parties shall provide labor bids only. The Tribe will issue work orders to complete the scope of work awarded to each contractor the amount of their bid. Contractors will provide a certificate of Insurance before award, performance bond, and liquidated damages. The scope of work may be requested from Warden Richard Cantrell 406-768-3204
