Linda Melbourne, 66, died on July 29, 2022, at the Poplar Community Hospital. According to her obituary, the cause of death was natural causes.

A rosary service was held at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, followed by a funeral August 4, 2022.

Internment was at the Riverside Catholic Cemetery.
