CALL FOR BIDS
C STREET PAVING – 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That the City of Poplar in Roosevelt County, Montana, will receive bid for the above referenced project on Tuesday, the eighth (8th) day of September, 2026 at 10:30 a.m., in their office at 406 2nd Avenue West, Poplar, MT 59255, Bids will be opened and read aloud at that time.
Digital copies of the Bidding Documents are available at www.interstate.engineering or www.questcdn.com. Fees apply. These documents may be downloaded by selecting this project from the “Bid Documents” tab and by entering Quest Project Number 10329442 on the “Search Projects” page. The bidding and contract documents may also be examined at the office of Interstate Engineering located at 2177 Lincoln Avenue SE, Sidney, MT 59270, via scheduled appointment. For technical questions or inquiries about obtaining paper copies of bidding and contract documents please contact the office of record at (406) 433-5617. Plotting and printing fees may apply.
No bids shall be considered unless accompanied by a bid bond, bank draft, money order, certified or cashier’s check in the amount of no less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid. The bid shall be presented in a sealed envelope containing the complete Form, Bid Bond, and copy of the Contractors current Montana Contractor Certification and marked “C STREET PAVING – 2026”. Submittal of an incomplete bid form shall be grounds for deeming a bid non-responsive.
This solicitation is intended to be offered in accordance with Section 18-4-303 of the Montana Code Annotated (MCA) and the Administrative Rules of Montana (ARM) 2.5.602 and any such statute, rule or regulation relating to non-discrimination. It is the vendor’s obligation to comply with these requirements. Late delivery due to mailing services or electronic submittals will not be accepted.
Accordingly, the City of Poplar reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and further to waive defects or irregularities, or to accept any bid which they deem to be in the best interest of the City of Poplar.
